Hotshot Towing & Transport (“we,” “our,” “us”) takes every precaution to provide safe, efficient, and professional towing, transport, and vehicle storage services. However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding liability:

1. General Liability

1.1. Hotshot Towing & Transport is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or unforeseen complications that may arise before, during, or after towing or transport.
1.2. While we take great care in handling all vehicles, we are not liable for minor scratches, dents, or other incidental damage that may occur during towing, recovery, or storage.
1.3. Customers assume all risks associated with transporting modified, lowered, or non-standard vehicles, as these may be more susceptible to damage.

2. Winch & Recovery Services

2.1. Winch recoveries involve inherent risks, especially in difficult terrain or extreme conditions. Hotshot Towing & Transport is not liable for any damage that may occur during recovery efforts.
2.2. Customers requesting recovery services acknowledge that additional force or specialized equipment may be required, which could lead to further damage.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse recovery services if we determine the conditions to be unsafe for our team or equipment.

3. Vehicle Storage

3.1. While our storage facilities are monitored, Hotshot Towing & Transport is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, vandalism, weather-related damage, or any other unforeseen incidents.
3.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles have proper insurance coverage during the storage period.
3.3. Battery failures, flat tires, and general wear or deterioration during storage are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Personal Belongings

4.1. Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles before service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
4.2. If personal belongings must be removed by our team for safety or operational reasons, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

5.1. While we strive for timely service, Hotshot Towing & Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5.2. We do not provide compensation for missed appointments, loss of business, or any financial impact resulting from service delays.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Customers must provide accurate information about their vehicle’s condition, location, and any special requirements. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or service refusal.
6.2. Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing. Any additional effort required to move the vehicle due to obstacles, lack of keys, or locked wheels may result in extra fees.

7. Insurance & Claims

7.1. Hotshot Towing & Transport carries industry-standard insurance; however, customers are encouraged to have their own vehicle insurance in place.
7.2. Any claims regarding potential damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, along with photographic evidence.
7.3. Our maximum liability for any claim, if found valid, will not exceed the total cost of the service provided.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service with Hotshot Towing & Transport, you acknowledge and agree to this Liability Disclaimer. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.
